The chefs are the backbone of any restaurant, and here at the Purbani Botley, they are no different. Our head Chef Abu Sufian has climbed to his position over the years to be one of the most recognised and talented chefs in the Southampton Bangladeshi Community.

Cooking in the seventies in restaurants in London Mohammed started his career as a Chef and went on to start the Purbani chain of restaurants. 

Now Mohammed is able to oversee the training and performance of his kitchen and bring together his chefs to determine dishes and menus to offer his customers nothing but the best in quality and flavor.
