Chef at Purbani Botley Limited (Full-Time)

Location: 2 High Street, Botley, Hampshire, SO30 2EA Salary: £31,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Purbani Botley Limited is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team at our flagship restaurant in the heart of the beautiful village of Botley, Hampshire.

The Role: As a Chef at Purbani Botley, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards and culinary excellence our guests have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requests or purchases food supplies and inspects deliveries to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Plans menus and prepares, seasons, and cooks food, or oversees preparation while ensuring high-quality results
• Supervises, organizes, and instructs kitchen staff, managing the entire kitchen or specific sections effectively
• Ensures adherence to hygiene regulations and health and safety standards within the kitchen environment
• Plans and coordinates kitchen operations, including the retrieval, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and utensils

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen, ideally with Indian cuisine.
• Strong leadership, time-management, and organizational skills.
• In-depth understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• A team player with a passion for authentic, high-quality cooking.
